Tim Russert, longtime NBC political analyst and host of 'Meet the Press,' has died. He was 58-years-old.The story was first reported Friday afternoon by the New York Times and New York Post. Russert died of a reported heart attack.
Staying Fit in Hot Weather

If you live in hot and humid weather then you probably know what it means to dread exercise during the summer months. Unless we are in a cool gym, we are unlikely to commit to any physical activity. Although it is wise to avoid strenuous activity in extreme heat, we should not abandon our fitness regimens all together.
