Grenada's new prime minister-elect represents a trend in Caribbean politics. Several countries are ousting long-ruling parties from government, and turning to a new generation of leaders. Now, several countries are interested in forming a Caribbean Union, modeled on the European Union. Miami Herald reporter Jackie Charles discusses these and other recent political developments in the Caribbean.
